No changes or returns are allowed for reasons not attributable to ZapasUniverse. These reasons include size changes (for this purpose ZapasUniverse gives all information and sizing instructions to the customer), customer error when placing the order or the customer changing his mind, as well as customer perception regarding colors or sizes.

No returns are accepted unless the product arrives in a broken condition. In this case, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order info@zapasuniverse.online, indicating the defect or tare of the product (attaching images of the defect or tare), along with your data and order number. ZapasUniverse reserves the right to refuse returns after the stipulated period of 24h.

ZapasUniverse will take care of all shipping costs and the posterior delivery of the new product(s), as long as the existence of defects or faults in the product(s) is confirmed after the examination. The return or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and subject to stock availability. If the product is out of stock, ZapasUniverse will send you a purchase voucher for the value of the defective product and will refund the amount of the shipment if you have paid for it. For purchases over 30 Euros, there is no refund of shipping costs as ZapasUniverse took care of the shipping.

Returns for manufacturing defects or under warranty

The User may return to ZapasUniverse free of charge any defective product purchased from the Website: (i) makes it unsuitable for its intended use, (ii) impairs its quality or usability, or (iii) does not offer the security generally expected of it and its reasonable use, and which is within the warranty period.

Considering the origin of the contracted products, the User will have a period of one month, from the date he receives the products, to inform ZapasUniverse of his dissatisfaction with them. ZapasUniverse shall not be liable if this deadline is exceeded.

The return of products with manufacturing defects will not have any additional cost for the User.

To formalize the return, the User must contact ZapasUniverse within one month, through the following e-mail: info@zapasuniverse.online identifying the product or products to be returned, attaching a photograph or video showing the defects and a detailed report of the defects found.

Once ZapasUniverse receives the User’s documentation and proof, it will inform you within 3 to 5 working days whether or not it will proceed with the return of the product.

In the case of a return, ZapasUniverse will inform the User of the method of delivery or shipment of the defective product to its offices/warehouses.

Once the product has been received, and the defects have been assessed, ZapasUniverse will allow the User to exchange the product for another product with the same characteristics unless this option is objectively impossible or disproportionate for ZapasUniverse.

If for reasons of a lack of inventory, it is not possible to proceed with the shipment of another product with the same characteristics, the User may choose to terminate the contract (i.e., return the amounts paid) or request the shipment of another model that he voluntarily chooses.

Delivery of the product with the same characteristics or of the new model chosen by the User, as the case may be, will be made within 7 to 15 working days from the date on which ZapasUniverse confirms with the User the replacement of the defective product or the sending of the new model.

The change, the sending of a new model, or the cancellation of the contract, will not imply additional costs for the User.

If the User rescinds the contract, ZapasUniverse will refund the full value of the amount paid to the User for the purchase of the defective product (including shipping costs). The refund will be made using the same payment method as your order.

ZapasUniverse informs Users that the period for refunding amounts paid will depend on the method of payment used by the User at the time of purchase of the product:

  • If the User has paid by credit/debit card, ZapasUniverse will refund the amount paid within 14 working days from the time the User has decided to terminate the contract.

Product Exchange Policy

ZapasUniverse does not support switching between a product purchased by the User and another product offered on the Website. If the user wishes to exchange a product, he/she must exercise his/her right to withdrawal from the product and subsequently purchase the new product of his/her choice.

IMPORTANT: The product must be returned in perfect condition, without having been used and with the original packaging, nor will accept dirty garments or odor.
